Carlos Spottorno I was asked to put together and lead a group of photographers in order to create a comprehensive collection of images that would show clearly how child labor is an omnipresent reality in many countries. 5 million children work in Latin America. Walter Astrada, Álvaro Ybarra Zavala, Lurdes R. Basolí, Renzo Giraldo and I spent a few weeks in five different countries shooting these children. Here is a sample of my part, shot entirely in Panama in spring 2010. The project was commissioned by Fundación Telefónica / Proniño. A book and a mulimedia are about to be released by the end of the year. index.html _MG_4464 index.html _MG_4308 index.html _MG_4272 index.html _MG_6175 index.html _MG_3373 index.html _MG_1297 index.html _MG_3005 index.html _MG_3183 index.html _MG_3365 index.html _MG_3915 index.html _MG_4596 index.html _MG_5150 index.html _MG_5505 index.html _MG_3299 index.html _MG_1467 index.html _MG_1819 index.html _MG_3138 index.html _MG_3192 index.html _MG_3229 index.html _MG_1316 index.html _MG_2767 index.html _MG_2518 index.html _MG_5731 index.html _MG_2862 index.html _MG_5231 index.html _MG_5758 index.html _MG_1431 index.html _MG_2591
