Big multinational brands use thousands of images every year. They usually produce some photos and buy many others from stock imagery companies. In the last years some of them are producing their own stock collections. In 2010 I was asked to produce 300 lifestyle images for Movistar. I had to shoot in european winter, so I moved to Chile. It took months of preproduction, a month of production, and weeks of post production. Here is barely a 10% of the job.
